Car Service Zone is the first fully web-based car service booking platform of its kind. Employing the latest Microsoft ™ technologies, it was developed in order to benefit car owning consumers, garages and garage networks alike.

Car Service Zone is designed to be integrated with garage and garage network websites, in order to offer an on-line car service booking function for consumers and booking management functionality to garages.
Consumers
Allows the consumer to fully book regular car services (with or without MOT) and other services on-line
on a confirmed service date- at a garage of their choosing
- for a fixed price determined by the garage
all during one website visit…and there’s no need for follow up calls or emails – they simply need to get their car to the garage on the service date. Car Service Zone even has interactive ‘recommendation guides’ that can, through a decision tree-type process, help consumers select which services they wish to book.
Garages
Garages no longer have to spend time interrupting workshop activities in order to take service bookings – the platform automatically shows on-line bookings and updates the garage’s availability accordingly. Easy to use and fully web-based, the management of on-line bookings, availability and menu pricing could not be simpler. Full, accurate car details are supplied based on Vehicle Registration Mark and manual (phone) bookings can be added in order to give garages an ‘at a glance’ picture of their daily workload.
Garage Networks
Car Service Zone has been designed with integration with garage network websites in mind, letting garage networks offer a ‘seamless’ car service booking function to consumers. The platform can have the look and feel of a garage network’s own website and the content of pages can be controlled by an administrator function that’s accessible by the network. Together with excellent reporting capabilities and issue resolution functionality, this fully web-based application helps to take networks to another level in meeting consumer and garage needs.
