Car Service Booking functional and technical support

Arventa Systems can provide both functional and technical support for all of its products. The support representatives are specialists in their respective fields so clients can be assured that issues will be resolved properly and in a timely manner.

 

If you are an existing client and wish to raise a support issue (subject to having a suitable support contract in place), please log in to the Issue Management System (IMS) with your IMS username and password.

Issue Management System

 

We find that the most efficient response to a support issue is achieved by using our Issue Management System (IMS).

 

The IMS is customised specifically for Arventa Systems’ clients, and allows both us and our clients to fully track an issue once it has been raised, all the way from analysis through to resolution progress, unit testing, user acceptance and, finally of course, closure.

 

Reporting functionality provided by the IMS means that users can easily convert issue information in to pdf files, allowing for easy discussion with other parties at meetings or over the phone.

 

The Issue Management System we use was developed and is marketed by one of our valued software partners, Acumen Business Systems.
